Job Overview: The Franchise Licensing Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with customers as well as with Franchise Development regional leads to facilitate customer requests. The current focus of the position is to provide excellent customer service in processing customer licensing, card design, ICA/BIN requests and special issuer programs, for all branded products. The role includes working cooperatively with numerous internal MasterCard departments to provide a central point of contact. Ensure polices that govern Franchise functions are complied with within the region.Major Accountabilities:
Review and approve daily Licensing, Card Design, ICA/BIN assignments and Special Issuer Programs
Process new customer applications and facilitate changes to existing membership, ensuring all licensing activities meet corporate and regional requirements especially as they apply to Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Risk, Legal and Product guidelines
Participate on cross functional teams to support customer requests
Ability to follow very specific process and procedures to support audit requirements
Direct contact with customers and prospective customers
Complete research and project work as required
Review and approve all regionally submitted card designs
Liaise with Customer Risk Management to aid in coordinating risk requirements and provide customer education / clarification on risk related issues.
Partner with Global Compliance (AML), Product and GTO to resolve customer issues.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business related topics or strong applicable work experience
Knowledge/Experience :
Experience within a corporate environment
Strong written and oral communication skills in dealing with customers and management
Self-motivated, people-centric and results-oriented
Ability to work in a high paced team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills ability to work cross functionally and across levels in a matrix organization.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong positive working relationships with internal and external customers
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills required
Solid problem solving skills, highly motivated, and quick learner
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of database applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives while exercising sound judgment and flexibility.
