Job Description
Major Hedge Fund is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to take responsibility for administration of company’s recruiting process. You will interact closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruiting function with parts of the recruiting process that include: scheduling interviews, helping to monitor interviews throughout the day, coordinating travel arrangements for candidates and processing candidate expense reimbursements.
- Maintaining responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Communicating professionally at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record out of a well respected university with an overall GPA of at least 3.3
- A minimum of 1 year administration and coordination experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A keen interest in recruiting
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and work independently.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
