Our sales teams are putting in lots of hard work (this month especially!) to earn a Nigel Frank International sponsored trip to LONDON! Two entire teams hit their targets in September and are already locked in, but we want this trip to be super fun and huge, so everyone else got a second opportunity to make it happen. SIX of Octobers top performers will be joining the London trip, but thats STILL NOT FUN OR HUGE ENOUGH! This month is the LAST chance for our sales professionals to earn a spot. Based on performance, another two representatives will be joining the trip!

We love to use incentives to maintain a positive, highly motivated work environment. We have done trips to Madrid, Las Vegas, Montreal, and Miami in addition to fine dining, our annual Rolex target, top biller bonus and more!

We are constantly building out our business and therefore our sales teams as well. We need recruitment consultants with 1-3 years of sales experience to join us!

This is an inside sales role, where youll be working with clients and candidates to make job placements. We train our new consultants on B2B sales skills, recruitment skills and about the technologies we recruit for. They will be set up with a dedicated mentor and hands-on coaching to achieve success as soon as possible. In addition to a $35,000 base salary, we offer totally UNCAPPED commission, which means that your earning potential is COMPLETELY in your own hands. Average earnings in the first year are $60,000-$80,000, with our top performers bringing in over $100k total earnings in the first year. If you are willing to work hard, the sky is the limit as a Recruitment Consultant at NFI.
