Job Description

The Home Health Aide is a member of the client care team prepared to assist the professional nurse or therapist by providing selected personal care services and limited related household tasks. Their activities will be part of the patients plan of care and must be provided under a physicians order.

Assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship tasks in accordance with the care plan.
