Job Classification: Direct Hire 100% Remote work- Full time opportunity- Credible well known company providing enterprise experienceo Enterprise experience is a must have when applying for some of the other local large companiesKey ResponsibilitiesPrimary Mission Objective*- Engages end-user to provide relevant service solutions, performs tasks per SOP- Assists end user with account creation, administration, and maintenance as required- Engages with mindSHIFT and Geek Squad teams to optimize fulfillment operations and ensure programs achieve business category goals- Works directly with other Business Agents to provide the complete solution to business clients- Addresses needs, makes recommendations, and provides business clients with repairs to their work stations remotely. This list is not intended to be exhaustive and the job holder may need to perform other duties as required/assigned. Secondary Mission Objective*- Cases all client connects in Breeze. - Performs upgrades, repairs, and applicable installations to client suspects using phone (when applicable), online chat, and remote desktop software.- Diagnoses operating system problems, repairs all issues, and removes malware as defined by scopes of work.- Communicates and trains business clients on the proper and optimal use and care of their technology.- Uses only approved software tools at all times.- Have a strong sense of problem resolution and ownership.- Provide positive feedback on systems, tools, and procedures.Basic Skillset - High School Diploma or Equivalent- Mastery of the following:- Windows XP/Vista/7.- Microsoft Office suite of products- Enterprise Mobile Devices/PDA; e.g. Blackberry, Windows Mobile, iOS- Working knowledge of the following:o Windows Server 2003/2008 and an excellent working knowledge of Active Directory o Apple hardware and MAC OS Xo iPhone, Android, ActiveSync- Minimum two years of experience in software and hardware troubleshooting on laptops, desktops, servers and networking equipment.- Minimum two years of experience working in a technical helpdesk environment or equivalent experience in supporting small to medium customer base (1-19 users).- 18 or Older- Ability to work with limited or no supervision and in physical isolation, as this is a REMOTE position- Must have a quiet work environment, as you will be on the phone with clients- Must own functioning PC with high-speed internetPreferred Skillset- Associate Degree (2 year)- Bachelors Degree (4 year)- Graduate Degree- Certifications:o CompTIAo Microsoft certification o MCAS/MOS certification Join TEKsystems and get your career on the fast track.
