Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• At least 1-3 years field experience of using Autodesk Revit, Revit MEP
• 1-3 years of experience in multiple BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks etc.) and CAD software (AutoCAD, Mircrostation etc.)

Job Purpose

Provide Revit modeling for the MEP engineering team including parametric modeling. Catia, Rhino, Navisworks and/or Tekla skills a plus. Will assist in setting up and enforcing standards and delivering coordinated BIM models using BIM and clash detection tools.

- Expert in BIM modeling through the Autodesk Revit platform and ideally good knowledge of Revit MEP.

- Daily duties are primarily BIM modeling but also include coordination internally and externally with clients using BIM software and clash detection software.

- BIM coordinator for multiple projects within the MEP Engineering team.

- Coordinate with engineers to create Revit families in response to project need.

- Assist in enforcing BIM documentation and workflow standards and assist in the improvement and advancement of our BIM standards and typical details.

- Carry out clash detection duties using tools such as Navisworks on an as needed basis
