Life Insurance/Annuity Administrator Opportunities at Albany

We have full-time Administrator opportunities, located in Colonie, NY, for individuals to work in our Wealth Strategies Group (WSG).

WSG specializes in designing and implementing wealth protection and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals, as well as administration of specialized benefit plans.

Responsibilities:

• Implement policy change requests and provide telephone support to clients and Account Managers.
• Secure pertinent financial values from various insurance carriers, gather client data, and prepare client facing documents. In Analyst role, must be able to prepare life insurance and annuity illustrations and work closely with various entities to prepare proposals.
• Maintain internal client file systems and databases. Must be able to develop familiarity with insurance carrier software systems.
• Gather data to produce applications and complete necessary carrier forms from inception to implementation.
