Our client, a large Financial Institution is seeking an Analyst, Enterprise Finance Transformation (EFT) for the Americas in our New York office. This role focuses on efforts around core transformation activities pertaining to the establishment of a Finance Target Operating Model. The right individual will coordinate both internally within the designated program of work and externally within those influencing initiatives that may impact or be impacted by the designated program of work.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the process re-engineering contributor with expertise in specific business processes.
Help formulate program scope and objectives relative to the transformation & business key objectives.
Support the development and maintenance of project level deliverables to ensure successful development and completion of related initiatives.
Position Requirements:
B.A. / B.S. degree is required, Previous consulting experience is most helpful.
3 or more years of analytical experience within financial services.
Provide support of projects at a detailed level, both in terms of project deliverables and status, progress, and issues to support EFT Director.
Monitor the progress of initiatives and take necessary steps to overcome obstacles and impediments to the successful completion / delivery of those efforts.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
Ensure that resulting deliverables successfully deliver on the business key requirements, based on in-scope target operating model functions.
Proficient in the use of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
Support transition planning from current to future state and co-ordinate activities to execute the transition plan.
