The Clinical Practical Nurse Manager provides management assistance and is accountable for the delivery of safe patient care. Responsible for the overall management of the nursing process, clinical functions, and staff competency in the areas of Prime Care, Pediatrics and Women s Health. Provides clinical leadership, serving as a resource and providing support, direction, training, and education for nursing staff.

Requirements include a graduate from an accredited Nurse Baccalaureate program; current NY RN licensure; BLS; ACLS required within 6 months of hire; minimum of 2-3 years of experience in area of practice; 2 years of relevant management experience is required, 3-5 years preferred.
