Description:
Job Purpose:
Repair and maintain MFP office equipment at customer locations by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; help maintain parts and supplies inventory; complete accurate work tickets and service logs.Also includes setting-up and pre-flight testing of equipment for installation into a customer environment.
Customer Service:
Interact with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Product Knowledge (Kyocera/Copystar or similar MFP equipment),Excellent Customer Service Skills, Professionalism, Detail Oriented,Motivation to learn new Technology,Good Communicator/Listener. Must have related experience in the industry (minimally 2 to 3 years of prior field service experience as a technician working on color copiers, and printers preferred). Strong comprehension of small and large format, and color production processes & computer and LAN networking experience a plus.
