Delivery Driver Specialist at Schenectady

ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities:
- Pick-up and Deliver dry-cleaning and laundry at homes and businesses within a defined territory.
- Grow and manage the route business to meet or exceed corporate objectives.
- Grow the client base by introducing the service face to face.
- Maintain van cleanliness, and use the computer system in accordance with Best Cleaners Standards of Safety, Quality, and Speed.

Tasks:
oGrow route through face to face sales and indirect marketing (referrals, etc.)
oProvide Outstanding client service
oPickup and Deliver clients garments and textiles.
oHandle customers complaints and problems through resolution
oEscalate difficult problems to your manager through Issue Manager
oUse computer terminals to post orders, manage route optimization, client requests
oMaintain up-to-date and accurate customer data.
oMaintain cleanliness and neatness in the route counter area
oAssist clients in their homes when appropriate, i.e. taking down or hanging drapes, fitting tailoring, extra large orders.
oAssist co-workers as needed.
oCheck and correct orders, bring any errors to the managers attention immediately.
oAny additional task assigned by management.
