Maintenance:

We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician at a Rochester area apartment community.

Job Description:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity and curb appeal of the community at all times. Perform repairs and renovations to apartments for re-rental including but not limited to: wall repair, installing cabinetry, installing countertops, replacing plumbing fixtures, replacing electrical fixtures, replacing door hardware, preparing for paint, etc. In addition, snow removal, grounds maintenance and some cleaning, as needed. Perform and handle resident service requests, ensuring that all repairs and services are completed in a timely manner and to the quality level specified.

Skills Required:
Previous experience that includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and locksmithing is required; residential property management experience preferred. Must possess strong customer service, organizational and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Must be available for overtime and on-call emergency service rotaion. Must have valid and clean drivers license.
