Project Manager - Compliance/Policy at New York

Job Description

Classification: Project Leader/Manager

Compensation: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour

Downtown Financial Services Project Manager is looking for a Project Manager for an approximate 3 month duration. Policy Administration & Project Management Develop project plans, action items, specific deliverables, monitor accountabilities and due dates, as needed Prepare management presentations including project reporting on latest status, risks and issues Attend policy review meetings and complete follow-up activities including preparing minutes for distribution and facilitating the completion of action items Coordinate the ownership and maintenance of the glossary items across affected departmentsPrepare project plans, materials and coordinate the pre-release and production turnover processes for approved Compliance and Legal policies Understand and implement the policy document revision & tracking processes that lead to approval of changed or new documents as necessary Assist with the management of centralized data repository, maintain project, policy and procedure documents in SharePoint and Policy Management System Recommend potential improvements in the processes where applicable and develop / update corresponding documentation Support the Policy Governance and Training head with compliance policy related projects as necessaryExperienceAt least 5 years experience (preferably in financial services, legal, or compliance environment) MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Access, MS Project, Adobe Standard Project management skills, experience planning and executing management initiatives Organized, with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with changing prioritiesPlease send resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
