Genesis10 is actively seeking a QA Manager with strong financial domain knowledge, to work in a full-time permanent position in New York, NY.

Description:

Manage on-shore and off-shore quality assurance teams within a high-pressure banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage globally distributed QA team.
• Provide hands-on expert knowledge of Quality Center QA tool.
• Drive the automation process and lead quality life cycle for system testing for regression automation.
• Implement and monitor test metrics.
• Manage stakeholders expectations.
• Ensure QA budget and quality of projects.
• Influence test procedures and recommend best practices.

Job Requirements

• You MUST be a QA Manager, preferably with many years of longevity in your past position(s).
• Financial domain knowledge is a must.
• Expert hands-on Quality Center skills.
• Multiple automation tool knowledge and ability to jump in whenever necessary.
• Prior experience working with globally distributed QA teams.
• Strong communication and analysis skills.
