JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR (Day Shift)

Basic Function:

The Supervisor is responsible for the following:

Supervising the day to day work activities of one or more work areas.

Supervising and scheduling janitorial personnel. 

Conducting inspections, performance evaluation, inventory control and quality assurance.

Monitors equipment and supply use inventories.

Ensures safety compliance.

Conducting orientation and training with personnel.

Maintaining communication with customer regarding complaint resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

One to two years previous experience as a cleaner. Some supervisory experience preferred. Good interpersonal communications skills and ability to work with other people. Ability to communicate in English. Bilingual (Spanish) ability is a plus. Valid Driver’s License and the ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
