A very reputable client services company is seeking bilingual customer service representatives for their inbound call center. This is a new and exciting division of an organization which services various government projects. This position will support a call center dedicated to a particular new health care program currently being implemented. It is a highly professional inbound call center environment. Extensive training will be provided in which you will become a program expert. Call Center Representatives will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all calls are taken care of as necessary. There are a variety of opportunities available and the ideal candidate is flexible in terms of shifts and availability.
