In house Temporary Corporate Paralegal - NYC at New York

Job Description

Large corporation is seeking a temporary senior corporate paralegal for their midtown Manhattan office.   Position will last at least 3 months, but has good potential go much longer (up to a year is very possible).   They are looking for someone with 5 years or more of corporate paralegal experience.  Experience working in a large corporate environment is a big plus.  Will be doing  Indexing / data entry; preparing binders and deal books for Mergers & Acquisitions; experience with SharePoint and WorkShare a big plus. Must be articulate with attention to detail.  Must be able to work independently and take appropriate notes and ask questions.  Pay rate will be competitive and interviews will be next week, so this is an immediate need. 

 

Job Requirements

5 years or more of corporate paralegal experience
Must be articulate with attention to detail. 
Must be able to work independently and take appropriate notes and ask questions
BA and/or Paralegal Certificate required
