Job Description

Ryder Systems Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for its Buffalo, NY area plant.  This position is a 90 day temp to permanent hire.  The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for operational functions related to the material inventory control.

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of MS Office is necessary; experience with Excel is required
• Candidate must possess the ability to communicate effectively with management on all levels and be customer focused
• Knowledge of GM MGO system is preferred
• Candidate must process strong organization, problem solving and communication skills
• Needs to be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, work with a team and be willing to be flexible with work schedule
