Manager
Chautauqua Institution has an immediate year-round opening for a Customer
Experience Manager. Reporting to the VP/CMO, this position develops a vision and
roadmap to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Chautauqua Institution and
the Chautauqua Hotel Company; identifies required investments in facilities,
systems, technology and people to deliver the highest level of hospitality and
customer service; and has operational accountability for ticketing and gate
operations. Working with HR, the successful candidate will provide leadership in
hiring and training all seasonal employees.
