The scope of the Recruiters role is:
Provides recruiting services for assigned positions
Assists in sourcing of applicants
Pre-screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates to the hiring manager
Participates in the development of new and innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants
Creates strong partnership with leadership and participates in recruitment & retention meetings as requested
Identifies and communicates trends in recruiting, including wages, bonuses, and other incentives to help ensure SPHP stays competitive in market place

PREREQUISITES

BA/BS and three years of recruitment experience Or AAS and seven years recruitment experience
Experience with pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews.
Demonstrated ability in creative outreach in sourcing candidates.
Experience working candidates through applicant tracking system.
Experience with rate calculations and salary negotations.
Strong computer skills and ability to accurately type notes.
