Enterprise Select is currently seeking Trainee Consultants to join our New York team. This role is designed for individuals who are seeking an exciting and rewarding sales career. This is a structured trainee program in which we will teach you the ins and outs of the recruitment business and set you up for a lucrative and rewarding career. Prior recruitment and/or sales experience is welcome, however we will introduce to you a proprietary way in which we conduct our sales service.
Why are we hiring? Due to our success, we are now building out a brand new large loft office space in one of NYCs premier Technology/Creative hubs. We have plans to triple in size in the next 12 months, so growth opportunities within our company are not only abundant, but necessary.
You will start out shadowing our Senior Consultants and Managers, while concurrently learning the high-level concepts of our business and putting them into practice yourself. Piece by piece, you will learn and perfect everything you need to know to run your own market within the company. Ourprogram hasallowed our current Recruitment Consultants to enjoy significant success and unlimited earning potential, and you can have ample opportunity to do the same!
What are your responsibilities?
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospects
Sell staffing services through effective phone calls and/or in-person visits
Develop opportunities through cold calling and site visits to increase and expand client penetration within new and existing accounts
Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our candidate database, gaining referrals, social media sourcing, and networking
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to our clients
Develop strong trust-based relationships with client and candidates
Meet and exceed assigned personal sales & billing targets
