Patent Prosecution Paralegal--NYC at New York

Our client, a prestigious Wall Street Law Firm is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years patent prosecution experience, preferably in the law firm environment. The Job requires knowledge of both U.S. and foreign prosecution. Responsibilities in U.S. prosecution include preparing and filing all PTO communications including, but not limited to, new applications; Office Action responses; Information Disclosure Statements; assignments and related ownership transfers; formal drawings; and payment of maintenance fees. Must also have experience filing PCT applications and all subsequent filings with the U.S. Receiving Office. Responsibilities in foreign prosecution include filing new foreign applications; attending to formal requirements specific to each country; attending to foreign assignments and related ownership transfers; and payment of annuities.
