Construction Superintendent at New York

Midtown construction management firm looking for a construction superintendent

Responsibilities consist of all onsite supervisory functions including:

Responsible for oversight of all field operations on the project

Responsible for coordinating, directing and supervising the work and efforts of subcontractors and direct labor on the project

Ensure that the requirements of the project are met with respect to safety, schedule, quality control and cost control

Develop and maintain the site logistics plan

Develop, update and maintain the overall project schedule

Conduct weekly subcontractor coordinator and safety meetings

Attend weekly owner meetings

Must have a complete knowledge of all safety regulation and see that all are properly enforced

Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of high end residential & new building construction experience in New York City.

Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must.
