Job Responsibilities:
- Working independently to develop business, increase your client base and increase revenue for the company by bringing new clients on board
- Sourcing new candidates through advertisements, head-hunting, searching on databases and obtaining referrals
- Qualifying candidates against the job specification
- Arranging interviews with clients, chasing up feedback from both sides, negotiating the terms and conditions of contract
Requirements:
- Ability to work towards targets
- A confident, extroverted character
- A competitive nature
- A strong desire to be part of a winning team
- A desire to work and be successful within a sales environment.
- Sales experience is a great bonus!
