Electronics Assembler

Job duties:
1. Assembly of electronic modules and cables
2. Testing and repairing analog circuits using surface mount devices
3. Generating reports, data, and maintaining log notebook
4. Working with design engineers

Skills/Requirements (educational and/or specific skills)
1. Solid knowledge of oscilloscopes and digital volt meters
2. Good soldering and mechanical skills
3. At least a Tech. school, preferably a 2 year degree.
4. Capable of troubleshooting circuits down to component level
5. Knowledgeable in digital circuits.

Production position in fabrication of artificial heart components and testing of control systems for medical device firm in Midtown Manhattan.
