Responsibilities:

At Synergy Interactive you will manage the full life cycle recruiting process for both consulting and full-time positions within the Creative, Digital, Interactive, Mobile and Technical Marketplace.

Working across all industries with some of the best clients in the world, ranging from Fortune 500 to interactive ad agencies, you will be responsible for sourcing new talent as well as maintaining a network of Interactive & Technical professionals. You will also be screening candidates against existing requirements, conducting interviews both over the phone as well as in person, presenting the best match possible to existing job requirements, and managing the entire process from the first phone call, through the interview to the placement.

Requirements:

o 1-5 years of recruiting industry experience in the Creative, Interactive, or Technical space

o Someone who will work smart, work hard. We are not a Micro-Managed, Metrics Driven shop.

o Someone who is Highly Organized, Resourceful, and Self Motivated

o Someone who is a Team Player and believes in Team Chemistry

o Someone with an Outgoing Personality, who can get creative and think of outside-the-box to source new talent
