Classification: Customer Service
Compensation: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour
A construction company in the Rochester, NY area is in need of a temporary to full-time Customer Service Representative. This individual would assist both walk-in customers and customers calling in, pricing and quoting to the customer, scheduling of appointments, and typing proposals. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for purchasing products related to sales and for closing out the cash drawer daily. RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this fulfilling Customer Service Representative position will have at least 2+ years of experience with customer service, glass construction knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word / Excel and knowledge of ACT! software.
