The Strategy Manager is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts who are charged with creating national and global responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ documents for facilities management services. Secondary responsibilities include: 1) Coordinating proposal project teams, 2) Leading the team through the response process, and 3) Preparing all required project deliverables. Additional responsibilities include authoring and producing custom PowerPoint presentations during the pre-sales process. Occasional special projects may include on-site customer technology surveys, workflow analysis, workflow illustrations (floor plans, flow charts, data graphs, etc), and workflow process reengineering and business case preparation.
Qualifications should include a bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred, and a minimum of 4 years management experience in a related business. Strong project management, analytical, organizational and presentation skills desirable.
