The successful candidates must be detail-orientated with 2+ years warehouse experience (picking/packing/receiving).
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following (duties vary depending on the position):
- Assist with all aspects of shipping and receiving
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks
- Perform quality assurance inspections as needed
- Place materials into proper warehouse storage locations
- Pull, pack, weigh and label materials for shipment
- Operate warehouse machinery such as the forklift
- Maintain a clean work environment
Some requirements of the job are:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be PC literate
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be reliable to get the job done and have an excellent attendance record
- Must present diplomacy, and be able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
- Experience with inventory control and general building maintenance a +.
