Financial Administrative Assistant at New York

Job Description


Financial Administrative Assistant needed for a Construction Management / General Contracting & Consulting firm in midtown Manhattan.  Responsibilities include supporting leadership with bookkeeping responsibilities, including but not limited to:


  •   Processing invoices for payments
  •   Investigating and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors & customers
  •   Assisting with the review, verification and reconciliation of invoices and statements
  •   Posting payroll data and preparing routine reports
  •   Maintaining employee records

Full health, dental, vision, FSA.  Internal growth opportunity.

Job Requirements


  •   Must have a minimum of 1 year bookkeeping and administrative experience
  •   Must have excellent PC skills, particularly high proficiency in Excel
  •   Must have a professional demeanor and work well with others
