Job Description
Financial Administrative Assistant needed for a Construction Management / General Contracting & Consulting firm in midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities include supporting leadership with bookkeeping responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Processing invoices for payments
- Investigating and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors & customers
- Assisting with the review, verification and reconciliation of invoices and statements
- Posting payroll data and preparing routine reports
- Maintaining employee records

Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year bookkeeping and administrative experience
- Must have excellent PC skills, particularly high proficiency in Excel
- Must have a professional demeanor and work well with others
