Job Description

Engagement Lead:

Seeking a full-time Engagement lead to develop and articulate intranet portal requirements. Candidate will be actively engaged in design, development, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure proper execution of the requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead content level migration between two content management platforms.
- Identify deliverables and create project plan and timeline.
- Build consensus among various stakeholders on the project requirements and scope.
- Design wireframes for further clarifying business requirements with business and technology team members. After finalizing the wireframes, work with the user experience/designers for delivering the final user interface design compositions.
- Articulate technical solutions and set right expectations with the stakeholders - Further develop and finalize requirements during different phases of the project life cycle.
- Provide weekly updates to the supervisor and program management team on the status of content migration.

Position Requirement:
- 3-5 years experience working with requirement gathering and user experience design
- Working knowledge of Enterprise CMS and product SDLC cycle
- Experience deploying CMS systems and solutions for a large enterprise audience
- Knowledge of Tridion 2011 and SharePoint 2010 (Standard and Enterprise Edition) capabilities a plus
- Microsoft SharePoint certification is a plus
- Experience writing business requirements, use cases, user acceptance testing scripts, etc. on web/intranet related projects
- Proven organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work on numerous projects at once and provide weekly updates
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
