As part of the very first experience a patient has with an Aspen Dental practice our Scheduling Center Representatives play a vital role within the Aspen team. Its vitally important that our Scheduling team treat every call with empathy and respect while working diligently to provide the care that they need. Does this sound like you? Responsibilities:Reporting to the Call Center Manager, this position may be cross-trained to support the Call Center, Patient Services and/or Help Desk functions. Heres what you can expect;
- Respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients.
- Schedule and confirm new patient appointments.
- Promote care opportunities so that patients receive the care they need.
- Various duties as assigned by the Center Leadership team.
