Billing Coordinator at New York

Job Description

Our client, a high end consulting firm seeks a Billing Coordinator.  The position includes the following:

 

Contract administration, gathering data related to various engagements and setting up templates for the billing process, monitoring the invoices and ensuring all expense are applied to the correct engagement,  preparing customized reports related to utilization as well as an itemized list of economic statistics to clients, prepare WIP reports and status reports related to the engagements at hand, preparing historical reports to Sales force for marketing purposes and preparing Adhoc reports to the CFO.  The company offers a tremendous amount of growth opportunity, excellent benefits and the mentoring necessary to take your career to the next level.
