We are recruiting for a Director of Sales for our New York office to Manage a team of Sales Professionals to meet/exceed Corporate Account sales through new business development and maintenance of customer relationships.
Major Responsibilities:
Works with COO and Senior Management on establishing accounts revenue budget and meet/exceed financial goals and provide management reports/analysis/trending, as needed.
Works with COO and Sales Managers in ensuring contributions for bottom-line EBITA and that cash to revenue goals are achieved.
Works with COO, Senior Management and Sales Managers in developing and implementing key account strategies to effectively growing existing business and identify opportunities for new business.
Works with COO, Senior Management and Sales Managers in establishing and managing cost center expense budget in addition to developing compensation incentive plans.
Works with COO to recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales associates to achieve sales goals set by management.
Works with COO, Senior Management and Sales Managers to develop new business opportunities through implementation of sales strategies.
Works with Senior Management, Director of Operations, and Field Sales Team to maintain client relationships and to ensure that new business is initiated in a manner consistent with established guidelines.
Works with Sales Managers in participating in state and regional trade shows, as appropriate.
Works with Senior Management on performing additional projects and/or initiatives as requested by management.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Position Qualificiations:
Education/Learning Experience
Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Desired: Nursing Degree
Work Experience
Required: 5-10 years of prior sales/mgmt experience or related healthcare/insurance background
Desired: 10 years of sales/mgmt corporate account experience in workers comp, healthcare/insurance environment.
Skills/Knowledge
Required: MS ACT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired: Prior WC sales experience and Financial Forecasting/Analysis, Technical Aptitude
Licenses/Certifications
Required: Valid Drivers License
Desired: Nursing License
