Role and responsibilities:

  • Single Point of contact on end to end management of assigned (large,/multiple) projects, completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Clarifies and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, estimates coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy.
  • Conducts project status meetings, project reporting, and is responsible for project tracking and analysis, including project interdependencies.
  • Collaborates across multiple functions to ensure adherences to quality standards, internal processes, reviews project deliverables.
  • To drive to required project results.
  • Identifies, recommends and takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution to all issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.
  • Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations, markets and outside suppliers/vendors.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Communication with stakeholders, internal clients, vendors and executive leadership.
  • Identify and report risks/jeopardies using the project management tracking tool (PMATT).
  • Ensure that critical path dates are base lined and managed effectively to ensure quality execution and deployment of programs and projects Deliver/execute final plan.
  • Preferred Bachelor of Business/Engineering/Math/Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications network infrastructure Project Management structure and lifecycle, cellular network deployment and cellular network infrastructure including ability to
    assimilate complex technical interdependencies that may drive project requirements.
  • Wireless / Cellular Network deployment experience and Wireless Engineering Principles.
  • Minimum 8 years managing large complex Network technical projects preferably with a fortune 500 company.
  • Understanding of Network Equipment/Architecture systems and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written).
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills with the ability to recognize and solve problems
  • Process oriented and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • MS Office software suite, including MS project Visio experience.
  • PMP certification a plus
