Resolution Project Manager at New York

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Resolution Project Manager is responsible for driving all annual Resolution Plan submission deliverables as well as strategic initiatives to improve the Resolution planning process for Global Treasury. The ideal candidate will become the resident expert in support of Global Treasury deliverables for the annual Resolution submission. The team interacts heavily with Finance and Treasury across multiple Lines of Business globally.

Primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage the Global Treasury Resolution Plan submission project


• Drive strategic initiatives to improve the Recovery and Resolution process for Global Treasury,


• Partner with Business and Functional colleagues to enhance Resolution governance and project management framework


• Track project requirements, milestones and on-going status


• Contribute to the production and delivery of all final documents and/or reports

• Proven project management skills


• Strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities


• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced and evolving environment, and to prioritize conflicting and multiple requests


• Successful experience with both process building and process re-engineering


• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral


• Strong partnership and influence skills


• A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables


• Attention to detail


• Ability to form strategic views and frame recommendations based on risk assessment


• Ability to successfully lead/execute collaborative efforts with partners from different backgrounds, skill sets and priorities


• Bachelors degree required


• PMP certification preferred


• The ideal candidate will possess a combination of project management skills, analytical skills and an understanding of financial industry and products
