Job Description
Position Summary:
Receives and processes, tracks and stores all Client operating agreements/contracts and or additional documents working directly with the Sales Directors and General Counsel. Processes Client certificates of insurance as well as all documentation filed for the Sales and Client Relations Department.
May also interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, products and services. Handles and resolves customer inquiries via phone or mail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating agreement (Client contracts) processing
- Certificate of Insurance document processing
- Hard and soft copy document management and filing
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) maintenance
- Ensures a 24 hour turnaround time to all Sales Director Client contract submissions as well as Client phone call inquiries, email inquiries and fax inquiries
- Effectively navigates documentation of Client Master (relating to Client contract components) and account fields (associated with contract components, using appropriate PPMS forms for Client Master revisions and performing all tasks related to CRM (contact management system), Client profiles as well as communicating internally and to Clients all pertinent information
Non-Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivery of certification or audit related documents to Client base
- Monthly trust invoice mailing to Clients as required
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree Preferred
Skills/ Requirements:
- Contact Management Program Experience preferred (examples include SF.com, Goldmine, ACT, etc.)
- Experience working with contracts or operating agreements is preferred
- Six (6) months or more Customer Service experience
- Intermediate MS Office Products skills
- Office administration knowledge including filing, typing letters, etc.
- Ability and history of maintaining confidentiality and high level of trustworthiness
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to act independently to resolve problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- No Conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
