ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Clinical Services to join our team at our office inLatham, NY. The Supervisor, Clinical Services will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the clinical operations department.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of the Clinical Operations Department; including, but not limited to, benching of cases with staff, NICE audits, conducting daily rounds including ICM rounds.
- Facilitates and participates in staff training for new and existing staff.
- Acts as liaison with Account Services Departments, Centralized Night Service and other clinical operations departments.
- Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Participates in weekly staff meeting and clinical conferences.
Job Requirements
- Education: A Bachelors (or higher) degree in a health-related field and licensure as a health professional (where such licensure is available) OR certification as a case manager OR professional certification in a clinical specialty and at least three (3) to five (5) years experience as a case manager AND if they have directly supervised the case management process for three (3) or more years and hold a certification as a case manager.
- Licensures: R.N. or LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or other licensure as a health professional (where such licensure is available)
- Relevant Work Experience: 3 years applied clinical experience.
