Sutherland Global Services is currently hiring Customer Support Chat Representatives in Syracuse, NY.
The Customer Support Chat Representatives is responsible for providing world class consumer chat support and customer service by answering inbound customer chat inquiries regarding software, hardware, entertainment, and PC products. The Customer Support Chat Representative will be expected to offer product suggestion/recommendations, cross sell and upsell, do order entry and ensure total customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Act with the highest degree of professionalism, and maintain the voice of the high-profile client
- Meet and exceed all predetermined client and SGS performance specifications and expectations on a daily basis
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for data entry, maintenance and accuracy
- Participate in maintaining a quality system process as prescribed in an ISO 9000 registered company
- Communicate in a timely manner any unresolved customer issues to the Account Manager or Team Manager
- Resolve customer inquiries and request concerning Microsoft billing, address change, service shut off/turn on, information, products, program, services, etc.
- Attend and participate in all client and SGS training as required
- Communicate any program process enhancement suggestions to the Account Manager or Team Manager in a timely manner
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Able to use a PC and type, email, chat proficiently
- Must be available to work 24/7
