10:45 am-7:45 pm (Tue-Fri); 9:30 am-7:00pm (Sat)
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of professional accounting duties such as monitoring various general ledger accounts, preparing and reviewing journal entries, etc.
Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of:
• Workplace relationships and ethics;
• Information management;
• Communications;
• Multicultural awareness;
• Personal growth and development;
• Career and personal planning, and;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Independent living.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. One year’s experience in institutional food preparation and cooking.
Preferred: Two years or more work-related experience.
Knowledge Required: Knowledge of all aspects of food preparation, cooking and good nutrition, well-developed habits of personal cleanliness and hygiene, must meet State or local food handling requirements, whichever are more restrictive, must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certificates.
