MINTH Group is a leading supplier of exterior automobile body parts in China. It is principally engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of trim, body structural parts and decorative parts for passenger cars in China, North America and Thailand. MINTH Group also exports its products to global markets including Europe and Asia-pacific regions.

The main clients are "6+5" OEM Group including BENZ, BMW, NISSAN, TOYOTA, HONDA, CHRYSLER, VW, GM, FORD, Peugeot Citroen, HYUNDAI,SIZUKI. Job Responsibilities

1.Set and implement group aluminum divisions development and plan

2.Consistently improve productivity, better technology and decrease cost

3.Ensure the achievement of annual target

4.Responsible for talent pipeline and team building

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree, metal material related major

2.Over 10 years productions, technology and management experience in aluminum industry, at least 3 years overall management experience

3.Familiar with production process and management for aluminum smelting, aluminum extrusion, anodizing aluminum machining

4.Familiar with advanced corporate operation model, with advanced systematic management philosophy and strong strategic planning and implementation capability

5.Good in personnel development and team building.

6.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
