HR Metrics Analyst at New York

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Data integrity and quality for all HR data globally, requiring relentless effort to ensure as close to 100% data accuracy at all times by regularly auditing and prompting HRBP’s and administrators to correct data as necessary.

• Create and support a variety of standard reports and queries on our regional and global workforce for ongoing business needs. Help preserve data integrity by continually running queries and analyzing data. • Produce complex ad-hoc reports and HR dashboards to automate data delivery where possible. Construct reports that support strategies to automate processes as well as identify opportunities for improvement.

• Accountable for preparation and delivery of all HR metrics weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually. Provide recommendations for new reports as corporate goals change. Recurrently analyze the metrics strategically and provide feedback and recommendations to the HRBPs and senior HR management.

• Participate in the change control process for changes to the HRIS/Payroll system and other related interfaces, including development of requirements, change management, and UAT testing. Support maintenance and enhancements of these HR systems.

• Assess, monitor and improve processes and procedures related to Human Resources related data.

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry

• Proficient in advanced technologies of MS Excel and/or Access, including being well-versed with creating pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, advanced charting functions, etc.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills in conjunction with the ability to prioritize and handle special tasks simultaneously

• Advances problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a strong orientation to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines on a regular basis in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively deal with employees at all levels

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

• Experience in creating complex reports, dashboard, and creating/tracking effective metrics

• Proven ability to identify problems through statistical and logic-based analysis

• Proficiency with ADP EV4 and ReportSmith a plus
