CMS Developer at New York

Job Description

Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a CMS Developer for their New York, NY location.The CMS Developer will be responsible for:

• Develop, maintain and update TeamSite, SitePublisher and LiveSite templates, components and forms configuration; develop minor custom components where applicable
• Support existing applications when bugs are found or enhancements are needed
• Develop, maintain & update component configurations with the CMS Development Manager
• Work with the Interwoven team to resolve issues/requests and escalate issues when appropriate
• Communicate risks and issues to project management
• Use best practices for development
• Create/document deployment and operational procedures

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills/Experience (Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered):

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing or supporting a content management package (e.g. core Interwoven technologies; TeamSite, Templating, Workflow, OpenDeploy and DataDeploy)
• A minimum 5 years of experience implementing LiveSite Content Services/Display Services, SitePublisher and IDOL
• 3-5 years experience in JavaScript, HTML, XML, Perl, Java, J2EE
• Experience with Oracle database (PL/SQL)
• Build and unit test modules for the system
• Experience developing SitePublisher/LiveSite components on TeamSite/LiveSite 7.x
• Experience with AJAX, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with Oracle database, SQL, PL-SQL
• Strong Knowledge of Apache, UNIX, Solaris, and Linux
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Must be able to provide documentation on their work
