We are seeking an upbeat and sharp professional to join our team as a Junior Research Associate or Research Associate depending on experience. In this role you will:
Utilize strong research skills to identify key professionals within a variety of verticals and industries
Develop industry expertise by understanding our client base, their hiring needs, and position specifications
Analyze resumes and online profiles to match qualified candidates to appropriate open job requirements
Utilize a variety of technologies for data mining and sourcing new candidates, including Boolean searches, resume databases, and social media
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop, drive, and refine candidate search processes
Categorize candidate and match qualified candidates to job requirements

Bachelors degree
Strong research skills, utilizing Boolean searches, social media, resume databases, and search engines
Familiarity with social networking sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and popular blog sites
Understanding of Content Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and both written and verbal communication skills
