Brand Marketing Manager - FULL TIME at Albany

In order for our organization to continue to expand, we are aggressively seeking talented, enthusiastic individuals who are searching for an opportunity to quickly work their way from ENTRY-LEVEL into a position in MANAGEMENT.  The management position includes overseeing campaigns for our clients and managing a staff of 15+ employees. 

The Entry Level Brand Manager will be trained at entry level on our telecommunications campaign in order to have a full understanding of the recruited positions. The job involves one to one sales based interaction with business customers. Once the individual has demonstrated knowledge in aspects of the campaign they will take on management role in recruiting and training within the firm. In this role the brand manager will be expected to evaluate candidates and fill numerous positions as a central part in our expansion process.

The sales and marketing management team at Capital City Consulting cross-trains all employees within leadership development, which includes:

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professionalism and integrity.  Public speaking skills for presenting to groups are a plus. 

A qualified candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:

• Possess excellent communication skills
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, marketing or management experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
• 2 year degree in related field required
• 4 year degree preferred
