Classification: Controller

Compensation: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year

Small non-profit in Schenectady is seeking a Controller due to a recent retirement. This will report to the CEO and be responsible for all accounting and finance matters: monthly accounting, compliance, forecasting, internal audits, working with external auditors, internal controls, regulatory reporting, process improvements, etc. This position is a one person show meaning there is no support staff that report into it.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have a BA in Accounting and 5+ years of experience as a senior accountant or controller in a non profit setting or be coming out of public accounting with a non profit client base.
