Job Description
Our Marketing Department is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for efforts geared toward membership acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. This individual must be well-organized, self-motivated, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual must also possess a keen ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and work flexible hours as project needs dictate. Responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
- Develop marketing strategies and programs in support of ancillary products/services
- Proactively partner with branches to develop and execute marketing programs
- Daily media insertion schedule including newspaper and rate submissions
- Oversee the community relations process
- Enhance member survey processes
- Coordinate corporate events and seminars, networking events, grand openings, community events; attend events as needed
- Support budget reconciliation process including invoicing, check processing, and budget reporting
Job Requirements
- BA or BS degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
- Minimum of one year experience in a related field
- Strong verbal and writing skills; samples will be requested
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experienced with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of web communications a plus.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and Board of Directors
