Marketing Coordinator at Westbury

Job Description

Our Marketing Department is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for efforts geared toward membership acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. This individual must be well-organized, self-motivated, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual must also possess a keen ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and work flexible hours as project needs dictate. Responsibilities include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop marketing strategies and programs in support of ancillary products/services
  • Proactively partner with branches to develop and execute marketing programs
  • Daily media insertion schedule including newspaper and rate submissions
  • Oversee the community relations process
  • Enhance member survey processes
  • Coordinate corporate events and seminars, networking events, grand openings, community events; attend events as needed
  • Support budget reconciliation process including invoicing, check processing, and budget reporting

Job Requirements

  • BA or BS degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Minimum of one year experience in a related field
  • Strong verbal and writing skills; samples will be requested
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of web communications a plus.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and Board of Directors
