My client is seeking to hire recentcollege grads that strongly embedded with social media skills! Strong understanding of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc is needed. Youwill be selling via an IPAD to small to medium sized businesses how they needto be on social media sites!

My client connectsconsumers and advertisers across multiple print & digital platforms – localsearch, SEM, on line video, and on line display ads. You can help create andsupport exciting new products and services for their growing portfolio ofbrands. Account Executives are representing an industry leader in print, directmail and selling web sites, links, banners and online advertising, videostreaming, mobile & TV as well as media solution & search enginemarketing solutions on sites like Bing! Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Google& Yahoo.

Responsibilities:

 

 

 

·  Meeting / exceeding sales goalsand objectives. 

 

·  Prospect via phone and present face to face with IPADs

 

·  Prepare proposals

 

·  Develop sales strategies prior to contacting designatedmarkets, using marketing visuals

 

·  Present media recommendations

 

·  Handling an aggressive schedule of daily sales contacts.Schedule, organize, and prioritize work to meet both customer and company goalsand deadlines.

 

·  Accuracy and organization are critical to success.

 

·  Reporting to office daily in the morning and afternoon alsoin the field in the throughout the day.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

 

·  College Degree

 

·  Minimum 6 months successful, cumulative outside salesexperience.

 

·  Documentation of sales success and over achieving goals.

 

·  Internet savvy (browsers, social media, mobile technology)

 

·  Advertising sales experience a plus but not required

 

·  Commission driven and goal oriented 

 

·  Willing to work in a quota driven environment and berewarded for your efforts

 

·  Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel and internet navigation arerequired.

 

 

 

Compensation:

 

 

 

·  Account Executives earn a base to $35,000++ (based onexperience) plus commissions (uncapped), bonus, etc.

 

·  Uncapped commissions

 

·  Excellent benefit package

·  Advancement opportunities to Sr. Sales and Management, etc.

 

·  Weekly gas/phone Allowance $100/Mo (non taxed)

 

·  Paid incentive on top of base during training. (Guaranteed)

 

 

 

 

 

Training:

 

 

 

You will receive paid 4 weeks training in a world classtraining facility. This is instructor-led classroom training. Training consistsof formal instruction and on-the-job training.
