Reporting to the Call Center Manager, this position may be cross-trained to support the "Call Center", "Patient Services" and/or "Help Desk" functions. Averaging 100 calls per day for each Call Center Representative, we are looking for candidates that can maintain a high level of service for a high volume call center.
- Respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments.
- Promote care and appointment opportunities to patients seeking care.
- Monitor patient schedules for a selected group of offices.
- Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager or Lead Center Rep.
- High School Diploma required.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Strong computing and keyboarding skills are required.
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Marketing, sales, and/or telesales experience preferred.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) skills highly preferred.
