Senior Project Manager at Long Island

Job Description

Project lead a variety of challenging efficiency and regulatory driven projects throughout Franchise Risk & Strategy. Past project lead roles in the dept have included the set up of Basel infrastructure in FRO, the establishment of a default database and management process around Basel parameters, the right placing of Treasury reporting into FRO, and the rollout of a new real estate collateral system. Role will include managing dept staff and securing and managing other staff joining project teams from both internal and external sources.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree acceptable, Masters preferred.

- 5-lO+ years experience in risk, including risk processes.

- Project management experience in large, multi constituent situations.

- Reasonable knowledge of current technologies.

- Experience in managing staff.

- Superior problem solver.

- Strong leadership skills.
